Manhattan

Today we traveled from beautiful oyster Bay to the island of Manhattan and motored through the length of the city. It was an incredible experience to be so close to such large buildings and traveling faster than the speed of traffic on highways next to us. Sometimes the sound as we traveled under the bridges was so loud. I never realized the variation and architecture of some of the buildings. When you’re in the city itself, it could be difficult to see the full picture. But from the water we were able to admire the ingenuity and craftsmanship of some of the buildings.
